With over 15 years of professional experience across the United States, Mexico, and Japan, Shun has developed his career in environments where diverse cultures, values, and perspectives continuously intersect. His academic foundation includes a degree in International Business and Management earned in Japan, followed by a Master’s degree in Economics completed in the United States—an educational path that deeply informs his global and systemic perspective.
Professionally, Shun began his career in the United States, working for a Japanese trading company, where he gained firsthand experience bridging Japanese and American business cultures. He later spent eight years in Mexico, working with both Japanese and U.S.-based manufacturing companies, navigating multicultural teams and complex organizational dynamics. He also brings four years of experience with a U.S.-based IT company in Japan, further strengthening his understanding of cross-border collaboration and leadership in global organizations.
Today, Shun’s work focuses on coaching and supporting individuals and organizations as they navigate change, develop leadership capacity, and gain clarity in their professional and personal growth. Drawing from extensive real-world experience across industries and cultures, he takes a reflective, practical, and people-centered approach—helping clients increase self-awareness, improve communication, and take intentional action.

This enables him to effectively support clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages.
