Arthur Deruga is a global facilitator, leadership and performance coach, and cross-cultural consultant with over 25 years of experience supporting leaders and organizations across government and multinational corporate environments. His work focuses on leadership effectiveness, resilience, and high-trust collaboration in complex, cross-cultural settings.
Arthur brings a strong foundation in senior advisory and facilitation roles, having worked with Global Affairs Canada and the Department of National Defence, advising executives on international strategy, trade, diplomacy, security, international assistance, and strengthening organizational performance, and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives across Japan and APAC.
He is an ICF-credentialed coach who supports leaders through executive coaching, leadership and performance development, and who designs and delivers facilitation and cross-cultural learning programs for Japanese and multinational organizations. Earlier in his career, Arthur worked in Japan as a corporate instructor with Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, and Micron, supporting leadership development, communication, and cross-cultural understanding in Japanese corporate environments.
