During his time with companies such as Mitsubishi Electric Europe and Sharp Electronics Europe, he experienced both traditional Japanese management styles as well as those more commonly found in the West, providing a unique perspective of both business cultures.  Subsequent employment with Vestel UK, which is headquartered in Turkey, offered further experience within multicultural business environments throughout the wider E.U. and Turkey.

During his most recent employment with JAE Europe, as Senior Director, he oversaw operations within finance, business planning and IT departments, with a focus on business management and employee development.  Hiroshi also supported the managing director, seconded from the Japanese headquarters, whilst acting as a bridge between colleagues in Japan and local executives.  

With the knowledge and practical experience gained over many years, he will offer support and guidance to Japanese companies operating in Europe who wish to understand and overcome the challenges posed by cross-cultural communications.
