Paul Jaffe joins Japan Intercultural Consulting as New York Representative

Japan Intercultural Consulting is pleased to announce that Paul Jaffe has joined our firm and will be taking on the role of New York Representative. Paul is an experienced intercultural consultant, trainer and coach. Paul lived in Japan for a total of 25 years before returning to the United States in 2012, and speaks excellent Japanese. He began working as a trainer in 1988 and has trained executives and employees, government employees and educators, including at major corporations such as Sony, Ricoh and NEC.

Michael McKenna will be moving to the position of Executive Consultant, and in addition to continuing working with his current clients will be particularly focusing on coaching and seminars for senior executives. He will also continue to be our firm's practice leader for The International Profiler (TIP) assessment and coaching process, which has been very well-received by our clients as a tool for accelerating cross-cultural adaptation.

Japan Intercultural Consulting is very proud of the excellent relationships we have built in the New York area, and we look forward to continuing to serve our clients there with innovative and effective training, coaching, and consulting.
