Feedback Masterclass: An interactive online workshop for managers
*** LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE***
Giving feedback to team members is a common headache for managers. Many managers give feedback that is so vague and understated that is not impactful, or so harsh that it damages morale. Improving feedback techniques is one of the quickest ways for managers to significantly level up their management skills.
Japan Intercultural Consulting is pleased to present a special webinar with Projjal Ghatak, founder of Singapore-based startup OnLoop, to share the results of the work he has been doing with managers to support their giving more effective feedback.
This interactive workshop will cover:
- Feedback 101: Why does it matter?
- What are the different types of feedback?
- Why do managers struggle with giving feedback?
- Frameworks for giving and receiving great feedback
- The Collaborative Team Development model
- Case study of improved feedback in action
- How applied AI can support managers in making their job easier
The number of participants will be limited to 25 for each session because we will be having interactive hands-exercises and practice.
In this workshop we will also demonstrate a new tool for managers that OnLoop has developed, which supports managers in using the Collaborative Team Development model to manage their teams more efficiently and effectively, including giving feedback. This tool also incorporates applied AI to reduce the burden on managers and to polish their feedback to team members. Japan Intercultural Consulting is partnering with OnLoop to localize this tool in Japanese and bring it to the Japanese market and Japanese companies operating globally.
Japan Intercultural Consulting Managing Principal Rochelle Kopp will co-host this workshop. She will also serve as interpreter into Japanese for the Japanese language sessions.
