Utilizing the StrengthsFinder® 2.0 (CliftonStrengths) online assessment as pre-work, participants in this session identify their strengths, and learn how these are appreciated by their colleagues.

The team gains insight into the distribution of various strengths among the team members, and makes plans for how to best leverage the contributions of each individual.
