The Leadership Challenge

There are many models for leadership development, but The Leadership Challenge is the one we find to have the most impact. Based on more than 25 years of in-depth research, it offers clear guidance for leaders about which behaviors will result in the success of their organizations. It is also proven to be applicable cross-culturally, unlike many leadership models that are developed within just one culture.

As part of our Leadership Challenge seminars, our firm makes extensive use of the 360-degree Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) feedback instrument. This instrument provides leaders with immediately applicable insights into how to improve their own performance. We have prepared a Japanese language reference translation for the instrument and have used it extensively with Japanese participants, achieving excellent results. The LPI can be used as part of a group session, a group session combined with individual coaching as follow-up, or through individual coaching.
