The Effective Multicultural Team

This session, whether as a proactive activity for a new team, a regular check-up, or at the first sign of friction, enables team members to learn about one another and discuss any issues before they become intractable. Designed around exercises and discussions that enable the group to examine cultural differences and individual personalities to increase mutual understanding, trust, and teamwork, our careful facilitation safely and constructively brings out concerns that have been lying just beneath the surface, and offers positive ways to address them. Participants gain important and practical insights about cultural differences, concrete strategies for improving their workplace relationships, and an enhanced sense of camaraderie.
