This approach is a terrific antidote for many of the challenges faced by organizations today, and gives leaders a new model for how to approach working with their teams. The key skills of servant leadership, including awareness, empathy, foresight, commitment to the growth of people, creating psychological safety, and building community, will be covered in this session, along with exercises that help the participants connect the skills to their own situations.
