Change Management

Change efforts are more successful when they’re implemented by the people they affect the most. As change becomes increasingly critical to every company, the ability to champion change is a key success factor for managers.

In this workshop, participants learn the Lewin and Kotter models of change, and plan their own change initiatives based on these. They also take a self-assessment that measures their skill level for managing change, and develop the five behaviors of effective change leaders: Modeling the Change, Communicating About the Change, Involving Others in the Change, Helping Others Break from the Past, and Creating a Supportive Environment for the Change. Participants come away from the seminar with a better understanding of the change process, and how to implement change successfully in their organization.
