Encouraging the Heart
In this course, participants use The Encouragement Index to understand their own ability to encourage the hearts of their team members by using positive feedback. They will then learn seven key techniques – setting clear standards, expecting the best, paying attention, personalizing recognition, telling the story, celebrating together, and setting the example – and apply these to their own role as a leader. The session ends with participants drafting an action plan for improving their ability to encourage the hearts of their team members.
